The Medway Towns Gurdwara Sabha runs a Day Centre.  Our day care service provides an opportunity for the older population who are at risk of social isolation a chance to interact with like-minded people and reduce loneliness.  The day centre is a free service run on donations by the local Sikh community.

The service offers freshly prepared langar daily with the opportunity to be involved in activities such as seva, simran and educational programmes.  We also organise annual day trips.

The day centre runs between 10am and 3pm.   Transport is provided to those who require it.  If the client is using transport they must be ready at 9am and expect to be taken home by 3pm.

Ladies Sessions operate every Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Mens Sessions operate every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
